There is no catch. Showing you your own finished website is the fastest way to prove we are any good, so we build it first and you decide afterwards. No card, no obligation, nothing to cancel.

Then you do not order it and you owe nothing. We never asked for a card, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

You see the first design within 24 hours of sending the form. Once you order and send your photos and details, the finished website is ready within five working days.

That is normal and it holds nothing up. We source photographs that suit your trade, and a logo can be drawn for you as an add-on.

Every project includes two rounds of changes. You see the finished website, tell us what to change and we do it; you see it again, tell us again, and the third version is the final one. Typos, a wrong phone number or a broken link are not a round of changes — tell us any time and we fix them for free. If you want something changed in your free first design before ordering, just reply to the email it came in.

$790, once. That is the whole website designed, written, built and put live on your own web address, with the first year of that address included. There is one product and one price — no cheaper tier, no bigger tier. Add-ons such as a blog, an online store or a second language have their own published prices, and anything you choose is written into the quote that arrives with your free first design. All prices and payments are in US dollars; if your card is in another currency, your bank may convert the payment at its own rate and charge conversion fees.

No. The $790 is paid once. The only ongoing cost is your web address, around $11 a year paid to the registrar from the second year onwards — we pay the first year. Looking after the site afterwards is optional.

Yes. You pay $395 of the $790 when you order, and that $395 stays fully refundable until we deliver the first production version of your website. If you change your mind before that point, reply to any of our emails and we refund it in full. Once you have seen the first production version it becomes non-refundable, and the remaining $395 is only due when your site is ready to go live.

Yes. Once it is paid for, the website is yours to use, change, move, or hand to anybody else to look after. The files, your web address and any accounts we set up are handed over to you.

Before we deliver the first production version, yes — the $395 you paid is refunded in full, no questions required. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, which you can use any time. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Answer one form, about ten minutes, mostly ticking boxes. After that you look at what we built and tell us what to change. We write the words and do the technical part.

You pay $395 of the $790, then send us your materials — photos, logo, text, anything you want on the site; we tell you exactly what we need in one email. We build the production version and send it to you for review, normally within 5 business days of receiving your materials. You get two rounds of changes, then pay the remaining $395 and we put your website live on your own web address. Full walkthrough on our How It Works page.

Both are handled for you and both are in the $790. We register your web address in your name and pay the first year of it, put the site online with SSL, and set up visitor statistics and Google Search Console. From the second year the address renews at cost, around $11 a year. You are the registered owner from the first day, and once the site is live the address is moved into your own account so it sits with you, not with us.

You can leave it alone and it keeps working. If you would rather not touch it at all, we keep it online, keep it up to date and make small changes for you for $59 a month. You can start or stop that at any time.

Yes. E-commerce for up to roughly 20 products, via Stripe or Snipcart, is available as an add-on for $490 on top of the $790. Tell us in the form, or in your reply to the email your first design arrives in, and we'll include it in your quote.

Yes — an additional website language, translation plus proper hreflang setup, is available as an add-on for $240. Our own site is built the same way: English first, with the architecture already in place to add more languages without rebuilding anything.

Yes — a complete rebuild of an outdated website is exactly the kind of project we take on, not just brand-new sites. You'll still see the finished new version, free, within 24 hours before you pay anything, the same as anyone starting from zero.

No. Every website is drawn from scratch for one business. The four examples on this page share no layout, no typeface and no color — that is what from scratch looks like.

Because we use AI too, and that is exactly why this costs $790 and not $5,000. Five minutes of AI gives you a page. It does not give you a web address, hosting that stays up, a structure built around how your trade actually wins work, words about your services in your towns, photographs, or anybody to fix it in six months. This is for people who would rather it was already done.

With a DIY builder, you do the building — picking a template, writing the copy, fixing the layout — for $10–39 a month, for as long as the site exists. And your site is that template: however much you rearrange it, thousands of other businesses started from the same one. With TrueBuilt, a design is made for your business, we build it for you, you see the finished result first, and you pay $790 once, with nothing recurring unless you choose the optional monthly care.
