A person still reviews, adjusts and finishes every demo by hand. If you don't love it, you simply don't order — nothing happens.

No. We can build your demo with high-quality stock imagery and sample text, clearly marked so you know what to replace later. If you need a logo, that's an available add-on ($190) rather than something that has to be ready before we start.

Every project includes two rounds of revisions — one batch of change requests, reviewed together, after you've seen the whole site. Typos, a wrong phone number or a broken link aren't a revision round; tell us any time and we fix them for free. If you want changes to your free demo before ordering, just reply to the demo email and we'll factor it into your quote.

Projects start from $590 for the Files variant, $790 for Launched — the option most customers choose — or $790 plus $59/month for Launched + Care. Every project is priced individually based on scope, so your written quote, sent with your free demo, is the number that matters, and it never increases after you order unless you ask for something extra. All prices and payments are in US dollars; if your card is in another currency, your bank may convert the payment at its own rate and charge conversion fees.

Yes. Your 50% deposit stays fully refundable until we deliver the first production version of your website. If you change your mind before that point, reply to any of our emails and we refund it in full. Once you've seen the first production version, the deposit becomes non-refundable, and the remaining 50% is only due when your site is ready to launch.

Before we deliver the first production version, yes — your deposit is fully refundable, no questions required. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, which you can use any time. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Yes. The finished website is yours to use, modify, move and have maintained by anyone. Once you've paid in full, you get a perpetual, worldwide licence to use, change, move or resell the website however you like — in practice, everything ownership would give you. The files, your domain and any accounts we set up for you are handed over at delivery. The only exceptions are third-party pieces like stock assets, fonts or software libraries, which stay under their own licences. Full wording is in our Terms of Service, section 11.

You pay a 50% deposit, then send us your materials — photos, logo, text, anything you want on the site; we tell you exactly what we need in one email. We build the production version and send it to you for review, normally within 5 business days of receiving your materials. You get two rounds of revisions, then pay the remaining 50% and we deliver or launch your site. Full walkthrough on our How It Works page.

With the Files variant, you get the website as files plus a plain-language guide to putting it online yourself. With Launched or Launched + Care, we put your site live on your own domain, set up SSL, analytics and Google Search Console for you. Either way, your domain is always yours — you own it and pay for it, whether you already have it or we register it for you. We never hold a customer's domain.

Yes. E-commerce for up to roughly 20 products, via Stripe or Snipcart, is available as an add-on for $490 on top of your base package. Tell us in the form, or in your reply to the demo email, and we'll include it in your quote.

Yes — an additional website language, translation plus proper hreflang setup, is available as an add-on for $240. Our own site is built the same way: English first, with the architecture already in place to add more languages without rebuilding anything.

Yes — a complete rebuild of an outdated website is exactly the kind of project we take on, not just brand-new sites. You'll still get a free, clickable demo of the new version within 24 hours before you pay anything, the same as anyone starting from zero.

No. Every website we build is designed from scratch for one business — its trade, its services, the order its customers need to read things in. We don't keep a library of layouts to fill in, and there is no cheaper "template tier" to upgrade from: one product, an original design for everyone. The easiest way to check is our Examples page — the sample sites there share no layout, no typeface and no colour, because each was drawn for a different business. And you see your own demo, free, before you pay anything.

With a DIY builder, you do the building — picking a template, writing the copy, fixing the layout — for $10–39 a month, for as long as the site exists. And your site is that template: however much you rearrange it, thousands of other businesses started from the same one. With TrueBuilt, a design is made for your business, we build it for you, you see the finished result first, and you pay once, from $590, with nothing recurring unless you choose the optional Care plan.
