Your 50% deposit stays fully refundable until we deliver the first production version of your site. The other half is due only when your site is ready to launch.
"The first production version" means one specific moment: the email where we send you the link to your finished, working website for review — not when you approve it, not when it goes live. Before that email, you can walk away and get your whole deposit back, no questions required. After it, the deposit covers the work we've done, but you never owe anything more unless you decide to launch.
This is on top of any statutory rights you may already have as a consumer — including the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU. Full wording is in our Terms of Service.

- How fast will I get my demo?
- Within 24 hours of submitting our form. You'll get one email with a link to a working, clickable demo of your own website and a written price quote — no meetings or calls needed to get there.
- What happens after I order?
- You pay a 50% deposit, then send us your materials — photos, logo, text, anything you want on the site; we tell you exactly what we need in one email. We build the production version and send it to you for review, normally within 5 business days of receiving your materials. You get two rounds of revisions, then pay the remaining 50% and we deliver or launch your site. Full walkthrough on our How It Works page.
- Is my deposit refundable?
- Yes. Your 50% deposit stays fully refundable until we deliver the first production version of your website. If you change your mind before that point, reply to any of our emails and we refund it in full. Once you've seen the first production version, the deposit becomes non-refundable, and the remaining 50% is only due when your site is ready to launch.
- Can I cancel after I order?
- Before we deliver the first production version, yes — your deposit is fully refundable, no questions required. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, which you can use any time. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
- What if I want changes after I order?
- Every project includes two rounds of revisions — one batch of change requests, reviewed together, after you've seen the whole site. Typos, a wrong phone number or a broken link aren't a revision round; tell us any time and we fix them for free. If you want changes to your free demo before ordering, just reply to the demo email and we'll factor it into your quote.
