We build it. You approve it. Then you pay.
Here's exactly what happens from the moment you fill in our form to the day your website goes live — no meetings, no guesswork.

You fill in our form
About ten minutes, mostly picking from ready-made options — nothing to write from scratch.
- 2
We build you a free demo
Within 24 hours you get one email with a link to a working demo of your website, plus a written quote with your final price.
- 3
You decide — no obligation
Do nothing and nothing happens. Your quote stays valid for 30 days.
- 4
You order
Pay $395 of the $790 through the payment link in that email or in the demo itself.
- 5
You send your materials
Photos, logo, text — anything you want on the site. We tell you exactly what we need in one email.
- 6
We build the production version
Normally within 5 working days of receiving your materials, sent to you for review.
- 7
You get two rounds of changes
2 rounds included. You see the finished site, tell us what to change; you see it again, tell us again; the third version is the final one. Typos, a wrong phone number or a broken link don't count against them — tell us any time.
- 8
You pay the rest
The remaining $395, and we put your website live on your own web address with SSL, statistics and Search Console set up. The finished website is yours to use, modify, move and have maintained by anyone.
The TrueBuilt Refund Guarantee
You pay $395 of the $790 when you order, and that $395 stays fully refundable until we deliver the first production version of your site. The remaining $395 is due only when your site is ready to go live.
"The first production version" means one specific moment: the email where we send you the link to your finished, working website for review — not when you approve it, not when it goes live. Before that email, you can walk away and get your whole deposit back, no questions required. After it, the deposit covers the work we've done, but you never owe anything more unless you decide to launch.
This is on top of any statutory rights you may already have as a consumer — including the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU. Full wording is in our Terms of Service.
Questions about the process
- How soon will my website be live?
- You see the first design within 24 hours of sending the form. Once you order and send your photos and details, the finished website is ready within five working days.
- What happens after I order?
- You pay $395 of the $790, then send us your materials — photos, logo, text, anything you want on the site; we tell you exactly what we need in one email. We build the production version and send it to you for review, normally within 5 business days of receiving your materials. You get two rounds of changes, then pay the remaining $395 and we put your website live on your own web address. Full walkthrough on our How It Works page.
- Is my deposit refundable?
- Yes. You pay $395 of the $790 when you order, and that $395 stays fully refundable until we deliver the first production version of your website. If you change your mind before that point, reply to any of our emails and we refund it in full. Once you have seen the first production version it becomes non-refundable, and the remaining $395 is only due when your site is ready to go live.
- Can I cancel after I order?
- Before we deliver the first production version, yes — the $395 you paid is refunded in full, no questions required. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, which you can use any time. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
- What if I want changes after I order?
- Every project includes two rounds of changes. You see the finished website, tell us what to change and we do it; you see it again, tell us again, and the third version is the final one. Typos, a wrong phone number or a broken link are not a round of changes — tell us any time and we fix them for free. If you want something changed in your free first design before ordering, just reply to the email it came in.
